PHlLY is a hip-hop producer and vocalist from the greater Toronto area who moves between Toronto and Edmonton. He has been producing and putting out copious amounts of beats on his soundcloud since 2016. His style has ranged from experimental, to electronic, to hip-hop. In 2019 he put out his debut hip-hop project with Dirty Dev, and has since played steady shows in Edmonton, making a name for himself as a local producer. PHlLY is currently working on a second project that features him rapping and singing for the first time, as well as a number of musicians from Edmonton.
