PHlLY is producer and musician born Ontario, Canada. He began his journey as an Electronic musician before expanding into Hip-Hop and Rap music. PHlLY's electronic background can be seen in the often ambient and psychedelic underpinnings of his production.

Working with Dirty Dev and the Absurd Collective helped bring PHlLY’s sounds to the stage, and he has been performing on and off since 2019. Continuing to explore and expand his musical repertoire, PHlLY now resides in Edmonton, Alberta, working closely with the Absurd Collective.

His most-recent project was a three-track collaboration with Dirty Dev, Dev and Phil's Inevitable Return to the Bullshit.
