D. Blade

D. Blade is a musician based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Primarily a bassist/vocalist involved in a number of local bands (Medical Pilot, Laundry Week, Doreen), he has finally found the plums to release solo material, the yellowbellied bastard. Attempting to forge a unique identity as a home recording-based artist, he draws from a wide variety of influences such as shoegaze, hip hop, vaporwave, progressive rock, and jazz, and discards almost all of them in pursuit of making lo-fi indie punk. If that sounds like it suits your fancy then by God, I think I’m your man.
